By accepting these terms, you hereby grant Fixer Wizard the right to connect, download and use software on your device to gather system data, repair your device, take remote control of your device and change the settings on your device while performing the services. You agree that We may, but are not obligated to, remove any Software downloaded to Your Device during the Services after We have completed or terminated the Services.

You hereby grant Fixer Wizard permission to use this data in a way that does not identify you or any individual personally to improve the services, for marketing and promotional purposes, and or for other business purposes.

Before any changes are made, we are aware of all risks while making changes during the repair process and can revert your computer/device back to a previous state if possible. In addition to those precautions, we also avoid making any risky changes that can possibly affect your operating system files, critical components such as personal data, or drivers in a negative way. With each remote session, while we take these precautions, there is always possible risk of data loss especially in the case of viruses or hardware failure. That is why it is important for you, the device user, to make sure you have performed a backup recently of your critical data such as pictures, music, documents, and financial data, ect. In general terms, you should always backup this information to an external drive for safe keeping. This ensures your data is always safe, especially in the case of a natural disaster, or permanent failure.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to inform the technician working on your computer if you are not backing up your data so they may take additional precautions. By using our services you aknowledge that WE, OR ANY OF OUR PARTNERS/AFFILIATES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY loss of profits, data loss, software/hardware damages, or curruption at all to the device that may occur due to or during the service.

If any signs of failing hardware, let us know so our technicians can analyze your hardware. Confirmation of any failing hardware, or if suspected, means we can't continue any further repair since the hardware such as a hard drive, or motherboard will need to be physically replaced. At this point we recommend finding a local PC repair store to replace the failing component being that all of our repairs are performed remotely. You agree that Fixer Wizard has no responsibility or liability under any circumstance at any time for any loss or harm that may arise from or may be related to the services.

In certain cases additional costs and fees may apply to orders where the service required exceeds the scope of work for services already purchased. If so, Fixer Wizard will provide you with notice of the cost of additional services prior to performing work beyond the Services already purchased.
